We please require the application to be signed by a director / partner / owner & scanned & emailed to accounts@keables.com.au, or faxed to 03 9328 1489.

For account customers, a callout service is available for weekends & during our shutdown periods (subject to our discretion), for a callout fee minimum of $500 + gst, up to a maximum of $1,000 + gst, strictly at our discretion.

The callout fee will apply in addition to the cost of goods purchased, and the service is subject to logistics, stock & staff availability.

Our callout service entails one of our staff meeting you at our premises, and picking & packing your order. The callout service doesn’t include organising delivery to, or for you. For callouts where we attend our premises, but no goods are purchased for whatever reason, the full callout fee will still apply.
